1. Who we are

The Institute of Applied AI and Analytics^™ (IAAA) is an independent institute founded by Rahul Ghai, based in Bangalore, India. It is referred to as IAAA throughout the rest of this page. By using iaaa.academy, you agree to these terms.

2. What this site is

This site shares IAAA's vision, methodology, and offerings, and lets you reach out to share a challenge or enquiry. Content here is illustrative of our approach and evolving as the Institute grows.

These terms apply to iaaa.academy and to every subdomain and application operated by the Institute, including vantage.iaaa.academy and productivity.iaaa.academy. Where an individual product publishes its own terms, those apply in addition to these. Where they conflict, the product’s own terms govern purchases made on that product’s own site, and these terms govern everything else. Nothing in a product’s own terms reduces a right this policy gives you.

3. Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our forms
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site's normal operation
• Use content from this site to imply an affiliation with IAAA that does not exist

4. Intellectual property

The IAAA name, the "Institute of Applied AI and Analytics" mark, the frameworks described on this site (including The Analytical Canon, the Applied Intelligence Method, and the Authority Standard), and all original written content belong to IAAA and Rahul Ghai. You may reference or link to this site, but you may not copy or republish substantial content without permission.

5. No professional guarantee

Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of employment, certification outcome, salary, or career result. Programmes and methodologies described here reflect our approach; individual results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Third-party links and tools

This site may link to or use third-party services (such as form processing or external certification and credentialing bodies). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.

7. Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAAA and Rahul Ghai are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

8. Products, programmes, and payments

Prices shown on this site are in Indian Rupees and are marked “+ GST”, meaning they exclude Goods and Services Tax. For purchases within India, GST is added at the applicable rate at the time of purchase. Where a purchase qualifies as an export of services, GST may not apply. In every case the exact tax, or that none applies, is shown to you before payment is confirmed, and the total shown at that point is the total charged.

Some products under the IAAA brand are currently offered without charge, or in beta, and are marked as such. Where a price is shown for a product that is not yet on sale, that price is stated so that you can plan, and it applies from the date that product begins charging.

A product in beta is provided as it stands. While the beta continues it may be changed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Where beta access is ended for any reason other than a breach of these terms or a security concern, reasonable advance notice is given by email; access may be withdrawn immediately in the case of a breach or a security concern. No payment is taken for a beta product and none is due. Once a product leaves beta and begins charging, the ordinary terms, the stated access period, and the Refund Policy apply to purchases made from that date.

Payments, when taken, are collected through a licensed payment gateway. IAAA does not store your card, bank, or unified payments interface credentials at any point.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: a full refund is available within seven calendar days of purchase, provided less than half of the content has been accessed and no certificate has been issued, and approved refunds are processed within five to seven working days to the original payment method. What counts as accessing content is defined for each programme on its own page; where a programme does not define it, that condition does not apply. An assessment is attempted when it is started, not when it is submitted.

Billing errors — such as a duplicate charge, or a payment that succeeded without access being granted — are corrected separately from that window, on their own merits. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles will be treated as abuse and may result in access being withdrawn without further refund.

Where we sell. The only geographic restriction at present is IAAA Vantage, which is not offered or sold to residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom — see its Terms of Use. If another product comes to carry a restriction, it is stated on that product’s own page.

9. Delivery of programmes and access

Everything IAAA sells is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are dispatched at any time.

Payment is arranged in one of two ways. For most programmes, enrolment through this site records an enquiry and payment details are sent to you by email. Where a product has its own checkout — as IAAA Vantage does at vantage.iaaa.academy — payment is taken on that product’s own site, and that product’s Terms of Use, Refund & Cancellation policy and Privacy Notice set out how payment, tax, refunds and eligibility work for it. Those apply in addition to these terms.

For programmes purchased through the Institute directly, access is granted on successful payment to the email address used at purchase, within one working day. Where a product has its own checkout, its own terms state when access is granted. You receive a confirmation of purchase by email, together with the details needed to reach the material.

Where a programme is delivered as a scheduled or live component rather than on demand, the joining details and the schedule are sent to the same address once payment is confirmed, and access to any accompanying material is granted immediately as above.

Access continues for the period stated for that programme at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise for a particular programme, access runs for 90 days from the date it is granted and does not renew automatically.

Programmes priced by the month do not renew automatically, and no recurring payment or mandate is set up. Each month is purchased separately and access ends at the close of the month paid for.

If access to a programme purchased through the Institute directly has not reached you within one working day of payment, write to support@iaaa.academy and it will be resolved, or refunded in full if it cannot be.

10. Live sessions, enrolment, and course materials

Some IAAA programmes include live online sessions. Submitting the enrolment form on this site is a request to enrol: it does not itself reserve a place, and a place is confirmed to you by email together with the payment details. Payment is not taken on this site — see section 9 for the two ways payment is arranged. Pricing is covered in section 8.

Session dates, times, and the delivery platform may change, and we may postpone or cancel a scheduled group — for example if too few people enrol. If we cancel and cannot offer you a place on a later one that suits you, you receive a full refund of what you paid for it, regardless of the window described above.

Where a discount depends on your status — such as the student discount — it applies only while that status is genuine and verified. The student rate requires a valid student identity card or an institutional email address, verified before the discount applies. If verification fails or the claim proves false, we may ask for the difference or withdraw the place.

Course materials, including session recordings, concept guides, templates, and exercises, are provided for your own learning. They remain the intellectual property described in section 4. You may not record sessions yourself, share your access with anyone else, or republish, resell, or circulate the materials, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Live sessions may be recorded so that enrolled participants can review them. If you speak or appear on camera during a session, that may form part of the recording shared with the others enrolled alongside you. If you would prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off, or tell us and we will accommodate it.

11. Changes to these terms

As IAAA's offerings grow — particularly with paid programmes or certifications — these terms will be updated. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
