Cancellation Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every programme, assessment, credential, and digital product purchased from the Institute of Applied AI and Analytics^™ (“the Institute”), operated by Rahul Ghai, sole proprietor, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Products currently offered without charge may be stopped at any time by simply not using them, and nothing in this policy applies to them, because nothing has been paid.

This policy applies to iaaa.academy and to every subdomain and application operated by the Institute, including vantage.iaaa.academy and productivity.iaaa.academy. Where an individual product publishes its own terms, those apply in addition to this policy; where they conflict, this policy governs refunds and cancellations.

2. Cancelling a one-time purchase

You may cancel a purchase at any time by writing to support@iaaa.academy from the email address used at purchase. Include your name, the programme name, and the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

A cancellation made within seven calendar days of purchase is treated as a refund request, and is refunded in full provided you have accessed no more than twenty percent of the content and no certificate has been issued. The full conditions are set out in the Refund Policy.

A cancellation made after the seventh day ends your access without a refund.

3. Cancelling a monthly programme

Monthly programmes may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the close of the month already paid for, and access continues until then. Months already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, and no further amount is charged after cancellation.

To cancel, write to support@iaaa.academy at least twenty-four hours before the next renewal date.

4. Cancelling an assessment

An assessment booking may be cancelled before the assessment is attempted, and is refunded under the terms of the Refund Policy. Once an assessment has been attempted, the fee is not refundable and the attempt cannot be cancelled.

5. Cancellation by the Institute

The Institute may withdraw or cancel a programme. If that happens and you have paid for it, and no comparable replacement can be offered to you, you receive a full refund of the amount paid — regardless of the seven-day window and regardless of how much of the content you have accessed.

The Institute may also withdraw access for a breach of the Terms, such as sharing your access with another person or redistributing course materials. Access withdrawn on those grounds is not refunded.

6. How long a cancellation takes

Cancellation requests are acknowledged within two working days and actioned within five working days of acknowledgement. Where a refund is due, it is processed within five to seven working days of approval, to the original payment method.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. It should be read alongside the Refund Policy and the Terms.
