1. Ownership
Copyright © 2026 Rahul Ghai, Institute of Applied AI and Analytics™. All rights reserved.
The Institute of Applied AI and Analytics™ is referred to as IAAA throughout the rest of this page.
This covers the original material published here: the written content of every page, the frameworks and their names, the teaching structure and sequence, the visual identity including the Institute's mark and lockups, the site's design and source code, and the photography and illustration made for it.
2. The named frameworks
The following are IAAA's own intellectual property, in their names, their structure, and their written articulation:
- The Analytical Canon
- The Applied Intelligence Method
- The Authority Standard
You may discuss, cite and critique them freely, with attribution. You may not teach them as your own, package them into a course or consulting offer, or present a renamed version of the same structure as independent work.
3. Marks
Institute of Applied AI and Analytics™ and its abbreviations, IAAA Academy, and the Institute's mark and lockups are all used as marks in connection with this work. Do not use any of them in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, accreditation, or certification by the Institute where none exists.

6. What is not ours
Third-party names, marks and certifications shown on this site — including the badges of the certifying bodies whose credentials Rahul Ghai holds — belong to their respective owners and are shown as evidence of those credentials, not as claims over them.
Typefaces used on this site are licensed from their creators and remain theirs.
7. If you think something here infringes your rights
Send it to connect@iaaa.academy with the page, the material, and what you are claiming. Where a claim is well-founded it will be taken down rather than argued about.
