Institute of Applied AI and Analytics iaaa.academy

Where expertise meets the intelligence of tomorrow.

For professionals who have spent years building domain expertise and are ready to multiply it with applied AI — not theory, not hype, but methods built for the work you actually do.

IAAA Crest

Three paths to AI-era authority.

IAAA is organised around three permanent domains of practice. Each is a hall you enter, not a product you buy. What you find inside evolves. The architecture does not.

This isn't a roadmap. It's a workshop.

IAAA is not built behind closed doors and unveiled someday. It is built one real thing at a time, in public — tested, then shipped. Here's what just walked out the door, and what's on the bench right now.

Now Live

IAAA Fast Fingers

A gamified touch-typing tutor for kids — levels, badges, bonus games, and an IAAA certificate to earn.

The real skill this builds isn't typing speed — it's sustained focus. The same habit of attention a child will need to read, write, code, and work alongside AI for the rest of their life.

Private Beta

IAAA Vantage

An adaptive exam-prep platform for the IAPP's AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification — tracking real mastery through spaced repetition, not just questions clicked through.

AI governance is becoming one of the fastest-growing corners of the AI industry. Vantage is built to expose exactly where a candidate's understanding breaks — before the real exam does.

Vantage is an independent study tool — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IAPP.

🔧 Currently in the workshop

  • Flagship

    The Professional Recast

An 8-phase methodology for transforming professional identity for the AI era — built on 25 years of real hiring and promotion decisions. In active development.

  • Junior Academy

    AI literacy for younger minds

Story-based AI safety and literacy for ages 6–11, and ethics-and-reasoning content for teens. Fast Fingers was the first piece — more are being built.

Rahul Ghai, Founder of IAAA

A note from the founder.

In June 2026, I saw a gap nobody was filling: professionals with deep domain expertise who need practical AI capability — not theory, not generic courses, but applied AI for the specific problems they face every day. So I built it.

I spent 25 years in Program and Project Management for the Banking Domain. I led automation programs, built communities of practice, mentored teams, and navigated the complexity that only comes from doing the work at scale. I know what it means to have expertise that organisations depend on — and I know what it feels like when that expertise is taken for granted.

IAAA is being built the same way I built my career: one rigorous framework at a time, one real conversation at a time, one proof point at a time. If you are trying to figure out where AI actually fits into the work you do — this is for you.

Your expertise does not expire. It compounds.

The professionals who thrive in the AI era will not be those who learned AI fastest. They will be those who knew their domain deepest — and had the courage to adapt.
